The nutritional profile of this corn oil includes 900 kcal (3,700 kJ) of energy per 100 g, with a total fat content of 99%. It is rich in polyunsaturated fats (64%), which support cardiovascular health, and also includes monounsaturated fats (24%) and saturated fats (12%).
