At Hestevard, we always aim to get things right first time. However, we are only human and occasional mistakes can happen. Below, we’ve outlined how we can help resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, but please do contact us via info@hestevard.com — we are always here to help.

SAMPLE DELIVERY & RETURNS

I HAVE ORDERED A SAMPLE OF A PRODUCT, BUT IT HASN’T ARRIVED.

All samples are dispatched directly by our marketing team. Where possible, samples are sent on the next working day. Within the UK, samples are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter services. Unfortunately, sample orders are not tracked.

If your sample order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at info@hestevard.com and we will confirm dispatch. If necessary, we will arrange a replacement sample pack to be sent.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS
